Prices are subject to daily changes. The default currency on www.rhinix.com is Euro. The sales contract between you and Rhinix is in English when shopping on www.rhinix.com. Please notice! This is how you shop on Rhinix.
The following steps are necessary to complete a purchase on our Site.
Decide your Rhinix nasal filter size.
Choose the number of packs you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
In Your Cart you can choose your currency (the default currency is EUR), the prices will automatically update to the new currency.
You can change the number of packs in different sizes directly in Your Cart.
Proceed to checkout when you’re satisfied with Your Cart.
Fill in your personal information. Please notice! Carefully fill in name and address.
Review your order and fill in your credit card information
Accept Rhinix’s Terms of Sales & Return.
Make sure that your personal information including your credit card information is filled in correctly and click the “Place order” button.
You will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes via the email you have written. Please notice! It is important that the email is correct, as you will not receive an order confirmation if the email is not correct.
Rhinix uses Shopify's gateway to fulfil payments. Please see payment options at the bottom of the page.
Rhinix will not charge your credit card until after your order has been shipped.
Rhinix reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Rhinix Store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Rhinix. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.
Please notice! Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll email you an order confirmation. You should make sure that the information on your order confirmation including your contact information is correct. You should contact Rhinix immediately if the order confirmation is flawed or you wish to change your order. The order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Once we have processed your order, had your credit card authorised and prepared your order for shipping, we will send you an email stating that we have accepted your order, which will include the shipment details (the “Your order is complete” email). The decision to accept your order is in our sole discretion. Because we want to make sure that we have your product available, we won’t accept your order until we have prepared your product for shipping. In most cases, this will be within two business days for items that are in stock. Once we have sent and you have received the Order Acceptance Email, Rhinix will have formed a contract with you (we will include the key terms of the contract in the “Your order is complete” email). All that remains at that point is for us to deliver the product(s) to you, which we will do straightaway so you can begin enjoying the amazing product(s) you purchased at the Rhinix Store.
Shipping and Delivery.
We will typically ship your order within two business days if the products are in stock.
Shipping rates will be clearly shown in the checkout process.
We will ship to the address that you have provided when you ordered.
Rhinix reserves all rights to split a single order into multiple shipments at our sole discretion (for example we may do this with larger orders). Should we decide to split your order into multiple shipments, we will of course ship them at the same time, however it can result in the shipments arriving at different days.
Please note that the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Rhinix’s control once it leaves our facilities. We will, however, notify you of any significant delays, and work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. As Rhinix takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the RHINIX Store, the risk of loss or damage to the product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s).

Inspect your products upon delivery.
Please ensure that the products are unharmed when you receive them.
The external packaging might be bruised from shipping, however if the products are still in their sealed packaging, this should not be a problem.

Rhinix provides a two-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any Rhinix products.
This means that you are entitled to have your products exchanged, money refunded or an appropriate price reduction depending on an assessment of the specific situation.
The warranty is on the condition that the claim is justified and that the defects are not caused by inappropriate use of the product or other injurious behaviour.
You must claim your warranty within a reasonable time frame after having noticed the defect(s) with the product.
Rhinix will refund any reasonable shipping costs related to returning a product for which you claim warranty as long as the warranty is justified.
If you wish to use the warranty please email a description of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number. In the email header please write “Online Warranty”. Rhinix will acknowledge the receipt of your email and send you a description of the next steps in the process. Please note! We do not accept packages returned using Collect on Delivery or similar.
Remember that the products must always be shipped in proper packaging (e.g. a bubble envelope). Make sure to get a receipt when you send a package to us as we can then refund you your shipping costs related to the warranty claim.
Return with exceptions.
You have the right to cancel your order or return a product for any reason. To return a product purchased from the Rhinix store, please send your intent to return or cancel to us anytime prior to the date 14 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the product(s). If you ordered multiple products in the same order, please send your intent to return to us anytime prior to the date 14 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last product in the order. To exercise these rights, you need only provide us with a clear expression of your intent to return a product or cancel an order.
You can notify us by either sending an email to email@example.com or calling the phone number + 45 20890203. In the email header please indicate: “Online Return”.
Once you notify us of your intent to return, simply return the product with the original receipt and original packaging within 14 days. Once we pick up the product or, in the event you are delivering the product to the carrier, we receive the product or proof that it has been shipped; we’ll provide you with a refund based on the original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that you may not return the following, except in case of defect or lack of conformity:
For reasons of hygiene, you waive your right to return products if the nasal filters are removed from the sealed packaging.
Your right to return is only valid as long as the products are returned in the same condition and amount as ordered.
You must pay all costs associated with returning the products to Rhinix.
If the product is damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.
